Website delivery and security
The website is hosted using Microsoft Azure App Service. When pages are requested, technical connection information such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser information is processed to deliver the website and maintain security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical logs may be used to investigate faults or misuse.
Content and media
We use Sanity to manage website content. Published pages are generated in advance; images and videos may be delivered from Sanity’s content delivery network. Loading these assets transmits technical request information, including your IP address, to the delivery provider. This serves our legitimate interest in efficient content delivery under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Fonts are hosted with the website. We do not embed social network feeds or analytics on the public content pages.
Email enquiries
If you contact us by email, we process your contact details and message to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence. We retain correspondence for as long as required for its purpose and applicable retention obligations.
Editorial access and external links
The Sanity Studio and draft preview are intended for authorised editors. Authentication and preview sessions use technically necessary cookies. Following a link to the OSORA software, a publication or another external service opens a separate service with its own privacy information.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, including the authority in Baden-Württemberg.
